NEW ARSENAL NEW ERA:HOW EMERY TRANSFORMED ARSENAL

Football Fans will not forget Emery, the guy who kept his head low when Barca made that historical comeback against PSG in Camp Nou on 9/3/17. He went to Arsenal next season to replace Mighty Arsene Wenger. It was a journey from humiliation to a new era. Replacing a manager who was everything to Arsenal over 22 years was definitely a tough job. It was a new league with different tactics. Premier league is totally different from French Ligue 1 in terms of competition and style of play. As a Spaniard, it was difficult for him to even speak English. Everyone likes his "Goooddd Afternoon". His condition became even worse when Arsenal got beaten up by Manchester City and Chelsea. Fingers started pointing at him because replacing Wenger was not that easy.

                       1)TORREIRA: The Short Workhorse

After the two defeats, Arsenal slowly started to find their rhythm. From back to back defeats to a 20 match undefeated streak is something needs to be applauded. With the addition of Lucas Torreira in their midfield heart, the entire team is running like an engine. Don't think I am exaggerating you can find him all over the field. He got the potential to become one of the best in his position. He can start a move and cut the opponent's move with ease. Got incredible pace, trackback ability and he's not afraid to pull out his leg and make the sliding tackle. And Arsenal bought him for just 26 million; a very good bargain.

                         2)AUBA AND LACA: Bromance Continous

Aubameyang and Lacazette have become a massive threat to opponents in their box. Everyone expected a competition and fight from them to become the no:9. But they show great team spirit and work as a team. Auba can play as a winger or striker while Laca is the perfect striker.
The only competition between them is that who is scoring more goals for the team. Currently, Aubameyang leading the table for the Golden Boot with 10 goals. With Özil playing behind them there will be no shortage for goals.

                          3)BERND LENO: THE GERMAN WALL

Germany is always famous for producing wonderful shot stoppers and Arsenal has their own in Leno. Arsenal signed him from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer transfer window for 19 million. In a matter of time, Leno replaced the ageing Czech. His contribution in Arsenal unbeaten streak is inevitable. He produced match-winning performances at times and wrote his name in best premier league goalkeeper's list. Replacing Czech was as hard as replacing Wenger. Both Leno and Emery succeeded in it.

No doubt that City is the favourites to win the premier league title. But Arsenal has changed a lot in their mentality and it reflects on the ground. Emeryball is working for sure. In future, We can see Arsenal lifting that premier league trophy. It's the EMERY ERA! #COYG
