TOP 3 TRANSFER RUMOURS FOR JANUARY TRANSFER WINDOW

The much anticipated January transfer window is finally here. Teams are on the lookout for reinforcements. Usually the famous clubs and players were not interested in January transfer window due to following reasons:

          > It is in the middle of the season. Hence players will be treated as a snake if they leave their club in hard time.

          > Players cannot participate in Champion's League during the rest of the season.

           > Tough to maintain the financial budget for the transfers.

But the modern football has changed a lot. New clubs are not showing any reluctance to break their bank records and most of them are well balanced. Clubs can easily find replacements for their players now.

Also UEFA allowed players to participate in Champion's League also. As a result, January transfer window attained much more importance and we can expect many transfers at the moment.

Here we take a look at top 3 transfer moves which are likely to be done in coming days:

The American born 20-year-old winger is strongly linked with a move to Chelsea. According to news reports from The Guardian, Dortmund already accepted an offer of 64 million euros from the Blues.

Pulisic is considered as one of the brightest stars in the business. He stepped up for the Germans in the absence of Marco Reus. Pulisic scored 10 goals in 81 appearances for Borussia Dortmund in his senior career.

After the arrival of Jadon Sancho, Pulisic often found his place on the bench and Chelsea are looking to utilize the situation. Chelsea are ready to loan him back till the end of the season.

                                           PROBABILITY: 9/10

       2) Kalidou Koulibaly [ Napoli-Manchester United]

Kalidou Koulibaly, the 27-year-old Senegalese center back has the highest demand in transfer market in this January. Manchester United is leading the line to get his signature according to reports from The Guardian.

After the reign of Mourinho, United are back on rhythm as they won three consecutive matches under Ole. The Red Devils have many options in defence. But when you have quantity, then you will lack quality. So United are desperately looking to bolster their defence.

Chances are less because Napoli won't allow him to go easily especially in the middle of the season. Koulibaly would be perfect addition to the Premier League with his physique and quality.

                                           PROBABILITY:6/10

       3) ADRIEN RABIOT [ PSG-BARCELONA]

Barcelona started to look forward. There was a time when Barca got the "Best" without spending a single penny through their own academy La Masia like Messi, Xavi, Iniesta etc. It is inevitable to find replacements for players and if it is for the best, then it would be extremely hard.

Barca wants to tie down the French young midfielder Rabiot as a long rerm replacement for Iniesta. Rabiot turned down the contract renewal with PSG and the French Champions must sell him before the end of the season or else he will join Barca for free.

Barcelona recently bought many players and promoted young talents because they know that one day the Almighty Messi will also leave. And they are not willing to follow the path of United and Real Madrid.

                                          PROBABILITY: 8/10
